The lobby
Where you're greeted by our Guest Services team - the folks who know every regular by name and get each pup noted before they head back. A small retail nook for treats, toys, leash gear, and PPS merch lives up front too.
Ruff House Retreat
Our larger playfloor. Rubber flooring throughout, climate-controlled year-round, and sorted by play style rather than size. Toys and structures rotate regularly to keep things fresh.
Puppy Playground
Our smaller playfloor - name's a pun, not a literal age limit. Same rubber flooring and climate control as the Retreat, sorted by play style for pups who do better in a mellower group. Lone Wolf pups don't come through here; they stay in their own private suites.
The yard
Fenced outdoor space, sectioned so we can run two groups at once when the weather cooperates. Used in rotation with the indoor floors throughout the day.
Boarding suites
Down a quiet hallway off Puppy Playground. Standard, Deluxe, and Premium suites with raised Kuranda cots, blankets, and webcam-ready mounts.
Grooming room
A quiet corner of the building with raised tubs and a hydraulic table. Home base for our bath services, nail trims, de-shedding, and the rest of the à la carte spa add-ons. Full menu on the Grooming page.
Webcams.
Cameras stream during business hours. Private suite cameras are optional, owner-only, available as a boarding add-on - contact us for current pricing.
