Do you require an orientation?

Yes - every new dog gets a free 4-hour orientation during a weekday so our Pup Pros can see how they settle in. We'll text you a quick recap that afternoon.

What vaccines do you need?

Current DHPP, Bordetella (within one year), and Rabies. Email or upload records before the orientation; your vet can fax them to 952-333-PLAY.

How old does my dog have to be?

16 weeks (4 months) with the full puppy vaccine series complete. Younger pups are welcome at Puppy Palooza.

Do you take intact dogs?

Intact dogs are welcome on the play floor through 7 months. After 7 months they need to be spayed or neutered to keep joining group play. Many older intact pups do great in Lone Wolf, our solo-suite option with no pack contact.

Can I bring my dog's food for boarding?

Please do - sudden food changes upset stomachs. Portion it into labeled baggies (one per meal) so we don't have to scoop in the morning.

Do you have webcams?

Yes - a private HD stream from your pup's suite, available as an add-on on any size suite. Contact us for current pricing. (Not included in the Premium tier.)

What if my dog is reactive or shy?

Lone Wolf is built for exactly this - a private suite for the day with scheduled outdoor potty breaks and zero contact with other dogs. No group play, no introductions. Add enrichment sessions, puzzle toys, or cuddle time if you'd like to break up the day. Tell us at booking.

Are there extra fees?

Posted rates are the rates you pay. We do run peak pricing on certain dates (holidays and busy seasons) - give us a call or send an email and we'll walk you through current rates.

Do you offer pickup or delivery?

Not currently. There's plenty of parking right out front (no covered drop-off lane) - text us from the lot if you'd like a hand at the door.

Can siblings share a suite?

Yes - if they normally sleep together at home. Same flat rate, no double-charge for the second dog.
