Pup Pro-led.
Same family.
Same dogs
all grown up.
Family-owned in Lakeville since 2020. Two indoor playfloors, an outdoor yard, and private boarding suites - all under one roof on Kenrick Loop. The same Pup Pros your dog met on day one are the ones greeting them on visit fifty.
It started with one dog.
A border collie named Pepper who didn't want to be home alone, and a former school teacher who didn't want to leave her there.
Jess took six months off teaching in 2018, leased the old feed store on Kenrick, ripped out the corrugated metal interior, and re-poured the floors with rubber. She opened in May 2019 with Pepper as employee number one, and a corkboard for sign-ins.
The first year, six dogs came regularly. The second year, sixty. The third year, the county zoned us for boarding and we put in four overnight runs. Word of mouth, more or less, since.
We've never advertised. We've never had a paid social-media post. The waiting list for boarding over Thanksgiving has been long enough since 2012 that we mostly stopped trying to get any shorter.

Same crew.
Same faces.
Every visit.
A tight crew of Pup Pros and Guest Services staff who know every regular by name. Pet-first-aid trained, dog-obsessed, and here because they want to be.
Opened the doors in 2019. Knows every regular by gait alone. Will cry at your dog's birthday.
Runs evenings and overnights. The dogs sleep on his schedule. Owns four mastiffs, somehow.
Runs our Lone Wolf solo-suite program - the quiet alternative for pups who'd rather skip the pack. Patience of a saint. Trained two seasons in agility nationals.
Bath, brush, blueberry facials. Specializes in doubles & poodles. Has scissors older than the building.
Runs the big-dog room. Studying canine behavior at Carlson School. The dogs all like him better than us.
Small-dog and senior specialist. Maintains the daily journal we keep on every regular.
Integrity.
Doing right by every dog and every owner - especially when no one's watching.
Love.
Genuine affection for every pup who walks through the door. It's why we're here.
Teamwork.
The crew has each other's backs so every dog gets consistent, attentive care.
Excellence.
A high bar for safety, cleanliness, and handling - held every shift, every day.
Customer Focus.
Honest communication with owners. Real updates, real answers, no spin.
Fun.
Dogs (and people) should actually enjoy being here. If it stops being fun, we fix it.
If your dog
doesn't love it,
we'll tell you.
Some dogs aren't daycare dogs. Some thrive in a smaller group; some prefer one-on-one. After every orientation we write up an honest note - even if that note is "this isn't the right fit." We'd rather lose the business than place a dog where they're not comfortable.
